Our Operations

Global Footprint,
Local Impact

AG&P LNG operates a growing portfolio of strategically located LNG infrastructure assets across emerging markets. From Southeast Asia and South Asia to Africa and Oceania, our terminals and distribution systems are tailored to meet each region’s unique energy needs. We deliver cleaner, more reliable energy access through infrastructure designed to serve power generation, industrial consumers, and city gas networks – supporting both energy security and economic growth in high-demand markets.

AG&P LNG’s operations reflect our commitment to delivering cleaner energy through fit-for-purpose infrastructure, regional expertise, and long-term partnerships. Each project, from Vietnam to Senegal, reinforces our mission to build a more resilient, accessible LNG ecosystem worldwide.

Vũng Tàu, Vietnam Cai Mep Lng Terminal

AG&P LNG is delivering one of Vietnam’s few entirely constructed and privately owned LNG import terminals. With 3 MTPA of regasification capacity, expandable to 5 MTPA, the Cai Mep terminal will supply up to 2 GW of power demand. Located near the Mekong Delta and linked to Vietnam’s most prominent power complex, it features 14 truck-loading bays and flexible delivery options. Backed by anchor demand from state-owned and private power plants, the terminal is expected to be operational by the Q3 2025.

Sulawesi-Maluku, Indonesia Sulawesi-Maluku Lng Cluster

To support Indonesia’s largest power cluster and the growing nickel processing industry, AG&P LNG is developing an integrated LNG ecosystem across Sulawesi and Maluku. The solution includes six terminals, a 137,500 cbm FSRU, onshore regasification units, and a 27,000 cbm LNG carrier for efficient distribution. Once operational in Q3 2027, this network will supply over 700 MW of power generation capacity, displace diesel usage, and contribute to industrial development and emissions reduction.

Gujarat, India Jafrabad LNG Terminal

AG&P LNG is developing a floating storage and regasification terminal in Gujarat with 4.5 MTPA of contracted demand. The project features two storage vessels totaling 300,000 cbm and an FSRU with 750 MMSCFD regas capacity. The terminal will serve industrial, power, and city gas markets across western India. The final investment decision is targeted for Q3 2025, with commercial operations expected in Q1 2027. AG&P LNG will operate and maintain the terminal under a long-term agreement.

Adelaide, Australia Outer Harbor LNG Terminal

AG&P LNG is developing the Outer Harbor LNG Terminal in Adelaide to address energy shortages in South Australia. The project includes a converted 145,000 cbm FSRU and dual-berth port infrastructure, with up to 2 MTPA of regasification capacity. As an interim solution, the Adelaide Energy Bridge – deploying by early 2026 – will provide quick access to LNG while full terminal commissioning is scheduled for late 2027. The project enables direct LNG imports into the region’s energy network.

Dakar, Senegal Dakar LNG FSU

AG&P LNG is deploying a long-term floating storage unit (FSU) in Dakar, Senegal, to support the country’s transition away from heavy fuel oil. The converted LNG carrier will serve as key infrastructure for the Dakar LNG Terminal, supplying power plants and facilitating reloading across West Africa. The FSU will enter the shipyard by Q3 2025 and will be commissioned right afterwards, ensuring long-term supply security and regional coverage.
